Structure before execution

DECIMAG represents the organization as a computational structure. It evaluates each Proposed Action against that represented structure.

The structural path

Sources → Structure Acquisition → Organizational Reality

Sources

Organizational evidence

Organizational sources provide evidence about structure, responsibilities and relationships. They also provide evidence about current conditions.

Structure Acquisition

Computational reconstruction

Structure Acquisition builds the representation that DECIMAG uses during evaluation.

Organizational Reality

Versioned decision context

The resulting Organizational Reality represents the structure relevant to a Proposed Action.

This describes the role of Structure Acquisition, not its proprietary implementation.

Structural evaluation

The action is evaluated against reality

Organizational Reality is one input to Structural Evaluation. The Proposed Action is a separate input. The action encounters the represented reality; it does not pass through it as a linear gate.

Structural Evaluation produces one Right-to-Act outcome: ALLOW, DENY, REQUEST_INFO, DEFER or ESCALATE.

Memory and versioning preserve which Organizational Reality informed the decision.
